It's the simple things in life that are the most extraordinary! I am fascinated by origins and I am passionate about bringing the best out of quality products, "good food cooked well!" Based on the finest ingredients, our innovative and skilfully executed dishes deliver intelligent compositions and delightful flavours — tasting nothing less than the freshest and most flavourful they can be!

My menu focuses on regionally inspired cuisine, using high-quality organic, free range and natural ingredients, wherever possible sourced locally. As a member of the „Paznaun Mountain Cheese Region of Culinary Excellence“ we want to introduce our guests to these authentic regional specialities made from fresh local produce. As the cows producing the milk are exclusively pasture fed, the taste of this cheese is extraordinarily aromatic and spicy – you will simply love it!
